• Every evening at midnight Brightidea pushes the latest updates from your system, automatically, depending on your respective time-zone.

What if I have an issue with one of my GoodData report(s)?

• Please submit a support ticket to our Brightidea Support Portal.

How will I have access to my GoodData report(s)?

• Brightidea will place and embed the GoodData dashboard within your system on a separate page.

What is the security behind these reports?  

• They're only available to selective WebStorm- and System Admins upon start.  These charts will not be visible to end users.
• All customer data is API key protected
• GoodData's software and servers do not hold any confidential data (idea descriptions, idea body texts, specific votes & comments)

Does Brightidea have plans to roll out new or updated reports/data?

• Yes - Brightidea is working with new API's to accommodate new functionalities within our suite...stay tuned for mid 2012!

Will this affect any reporting in my system already? 

• Not at all.  All normal reports in Enterprise and WebStorm will stay intact.

What items should I be aware of to make sure I don't run into any issues?

• The app has been tested against all updates that could cause potential issues.
• The majority of issues we have experienced were due to expired API keys and API call limits - which can be fixed easily when alerted via our Support Portal
