8:45am EST - Service is back to normal, all Brightidea site should now be accessible. Our team is actively monitoring the situation and will provide any further updates here if necessary.
8:30am EST - Please be aware, there is a known issue with Brightidea sites not responding/loading due to a server issue.
This is actively being investigated by our engineering team.
