Update - 10:45pm EST - The network issue has been identified by our hosting provider 'Dimension Data', their engineers are urgently working to resolve it.
Update - 4:30pm EST - Our hosting provider is continuing to experience network related issues and their engineers are currently working to resolve them. We will continue to update this post once more information is made available.
Update - 1:40pm EST - Our Cloud Infrastructure Hosting Provider, Dimension Data, is experiencing infrastructure issues at the North America location used by Brightidea. As it’s believe to be network related at this time, their Network Engineers are investigating the cause.
