  • The "Exclude From Enterprise Lists" option is located in WebStorm Setup --> Enterprise --> Standard --> Exclude From Enterprise Lists
    • When a WebStorm is selected with the option: "Exclude From Enterprise Lists"  BOTH end users and administrators cannot search for ideas from that WebStorm in Enterprise.
  • With Enterprise systems, noting who is being registered into which WebStorm - and with the 'Updates' widget - we cannot exclude this content of which WebStorm the user is registering into.
  • Ideas or comments within that WebStorm also would not trickle up to the Enterprise Updates feed if the "Exclude from Enterprise Lists" option is checked in that respective WebStorm
  • Please be aware if you exclude a WebStorm from Enterprise, it will remove those ideas from your Enterprise profile page.
  • Any Enterprise widgets would reflect only WebStorms not having this being enabled for end users.  Administrators will see all activity regardless.
  • Enterprise level reports will report on all ideas and activity regardless of this option being enabled.
  • If "Enterprise Profile" AND "Exclude from Enterprise List" are enabled - user activity will not appear for end users, but it will for administrators
  • The Enterprise Stats widget shows activity for administrators regardless if a WebStorm is marked "Exclude from Enterprise Lists"
    • End users will not be able to see their activity from any respective WebStorm that has the "Exclude from Enterprise Lists" option enabled in their "Enterprise Stats" widget
  • The Enterprise My Ideas & My Comments widgets will remove any ideas and comment activity for end users - but will still show for administrators.
  • If you exclude a WebStorm - the login history is formatted differently:
    • A user logs in into a non-Enterprise WebStorm
    • An admin runs Enterprise login history report and excludes non-Enterprise WebStorm’s
    • That user’s login is not included in the report.
