Administrators can add custom (blank) pages to any Site by simply adding a letter from the alphabet after /ct/ and before .bix in their Site URL. Each Site will have a unique ID that you can find at the end of the URL string.
This is an example of what a Site ID will look like
- c=5D382333-B886-4218-9DDF-5356734F9B85
To simplify - If a company named Acme has a vanity URL (https://acme.brightidea.com) and you wanted to add a custom page to Site A, which has the homepage URL (https://acme.brightidea.com/SiteA), then the easiest way to find your Site ID would be to click on the Site Setup tab. You should then find a URL string that will look similar to below
https://acme.brightidea.com/ct/ct_admin_options_new.bix?c=5D382333-B886-4218-9DDF-5356734F9B85.
From this URL string, to access a new custom page, replace the "ct_admin_options_new" within the URL with any letter of the alphabet. The most common letters for blank pages are F, G, and Z.
- Site/Challenge Level Example structures of a Custom Page would be:
- https://acme.brightidea.com/ct/g.bix?c=5D382333-B886-4218-9DDF-5356734F9B85
- https://acme.brightidea.com/ct/z.bix?c=5D382333-B886-4218-9DDF-5356734F9B85
Note: Not all letters of the alphabet will be available to create Custom Pages with. Some pages are reserved for Brightidea use only.
If you wanted to create a Custom Page for the Enterprise Level, the structure would be slightly different. See below.
- Enterprise Level:
- Instead of “f.bix”, the page would be “c_f.bix”. And instead of a campaign ID (“c=1234-….”), Enterprise-level pages use an affiliate ID (e.g. “a=OD1234”):
- https:/acme.brightidea.com/ct/c_f.bix?a=OD1234
OR
- https://acme.brightidea.com/ct/c_g.bix?a=OD1234
- Pages that are available:
- Site Level: a.bix ~ z.bix?c=___________
- Enterprise Level: c_a.bix ~ c_z.bix?a=________

Is there a way to add pages after you've used the letters in the alphabet? I also noticed that q.bix and r.bix don't appear to be available? Any ideas?
There are no other pages besides the letters of the alphabet. Note, some are reserved for Brightidea use only.
I understand the hierarchy in the URLs, but which screen to I create the page from? I went under challenge navigation and tried to create a menu header and entered the new URL there. Once saved, if I try to navigate there it says bad link (I tried 3 different letters). Please give a little bit more instructions?
I agree with Isabelle. More and detailed instructions would be very helpful!
A drop down for 'blank page' would be nice, instead of having to figure out the URL ... and then all we have to do is name it ...
Is there a place in the Challenge level custom CSS to address the columns (ie, remove them) to utilize the whole page? I can find this relatively easily at the Enterprise level, not so much on the challenge level.
Hi Rob,
Yes, pages at the challenge level can be customized with custom CSS to change layouts. You can reach out to your Brightidea Account Manager for scoping if this would be of interest.
Best,

Hi Daniel - I don't need Brightidea to scope or design anything. I just need a simple point in the right direction in the current custom css to show me where I am missing this. :)
Hi Rob,
Got it. For quick questions about custom CSS, I would inquire with your Professional Services team.
