Submit a request

Generating a full submissions export in Brightidea

To get a full export of submissions:

    • Navigate to the admin setup page on the Enterprise Setup ---> Reports ---> Ideas
      • Make sure "ALL" is selected
        • Select "Generate"
    • You also have additional check boxes to include user profile information.

    the options you describe aren't in my setup. I don't have "report" tab. I have exports, but not Ideas option.
