What are the possible causes of error on user register/login?

Answer:

When trying to register or login, one of the following reasons is why they received this message:

  • Entered password is not valid.
  • User is group or domain restricted from the Enterprise/WebStorm.
  • If the registration invitation expired.
  • If the email does not exist.
  • If an IP address has tried to login with the same email more then five times in the previous 15 minutes, they will receive an error code of "Login Failed"
    • The user can then attempt to try and login in another 15 minutes with the correct password.
