Why are users showing up in Enterprise but not in a WebStorm?

Why are users showing up in Enterprise but not in a WebStorm?

Answer:

  • In order to show up in a WebStorm user list or activity, the user must have logged in and or conduct some activity within the WebStorm.
  • Enterprise will show all registered users within the system across all affiliated WebStorms.
