Why are users showing up in Enterprise but not in an Initiative?


Question:

Why are users showing up in the People Pillar but not in an Initiative?

Answer:

  • In order to appear in an Initiative user list or activity, the user must have at least logged into and/or conducted some activity within the Initiative.
  • The People Pillar will show all registered users within the system across all affiliated Initiatives.
