Login to the Initiative/Site and access "My Profile"
- Select "Edit your Profile"
- There is a checkbox next to "Turn off all emails sent to me".
- Select the checkbox and save changes to apply.

Can an admin turn off emails for particular users?

Unfortunately, it's not possible for the administrator to disable emails for a particular user.
