10:45am EST - Service is returning back to normal, we are actively monitoring the situation and will provide further updates here as they become available. 

9:45am EST - Please be aware, there is a known issue with Brightidea sites not responding/loading due to a server issue.

This is actively being investigated by our engineering team.

We will provide updates here as they are available.
