BRIGHTIDEA
Features and improvements:
- We improved the behavior when removing evaluators with open and completed action items in the Update Assignees popup. Action items will be canceled instead of deleted and data from completed action items will be cleared upon cancellation.
- We updated the Update Assignees modal to explain the new behavior and to ensure that the scores and averages for an idea do not reflect a canceled action item.
Bug fixes:
- Fixed a bug in View Idea 3 where some widgets would appear in the widget edit mode even if the feature was disabled in the site setup.
- Fixed two bugs related to the Owner widget in View Idea 3, where the widget was not saving to the page.
- Fixed a bug where, if a user had been assigned an 'analyst' in addition to a licensed role, it caused some functionality conflicts on what the user was able to see within the pipeline.
- Fixed an issue with Idea Boards filters where the Title filter could not be enabled by default, unlike other filters such as Random, Recent, Active, and Votes.
- Fixed an issue where an invalid URL was generated when assigning a Team Member to a Submission in a Development Step in some cases. This prevented the Team Member from being properly directed to the platform.
- We fixed an issue on the Rate Ideas Quick Tour where it would stall on the User Comments section and users could only end the tour by clicking the Skip Tour button.
- We fixed an issue where editing a rule to move ideas to another pipeline in Pipeline Setup > Rules did not load the pipelines in the popup.
WHITEBOARD:
Features and improvements:
- You can now toggle scale mode on and off by pressing the "K" hotkey when an object or image is selected.
- We improved the general functionality of bullets and lines in Whiteboard.
