Brightidea integrates with AI in various point solutions throughout the product. We follow all privacy and security policies within the respective API guidelines.
It is important to note, that all current features with AI need to be engaged with directly by the end user and we do not proactively extract data to service the models. All solutions can be enabled/disabled within the appropriate site or system setting. Visit the KBA for each point solution to find out more information.
Is my information stored?
Brightidea and or any additional service we use will not use data submitted by customers via the API to train or improve the models.
What AI services does Brightidea use?
In addition to our own models, we use AWS and OpenAI.
