Brightidea’s Support Portal has now more to offer!
At Brightidea, we strive to continually provide the best in product and customer support.
That’s why we are excited to announce that our customer support portal has taken another dramatic step forward with several new features & functions that will help our customers do what they do best, innovate every day.
Brightidea will now be releasing our product release notes in our Support Portal announcements, in addition to our IdeaSpace blogs. Starting this Wednesday evening, Brightidea will post our bi-weekly bug fixes and new features for you and your team to be informed about. These release notes will include updates to our product suite including WebStorm, Switchboard, and Pipeline.
Please note these changes will not take effect until 8:30PM EST August 25th, 2010. All updates have undergone a rigorous quality control process prior to being qualified for production purposes. Brightidea will make a good faith effort to ensure the successful migration of these updates. However, in the event certain updates are determined to cause system disruptions Brightidea will take appropriate action to ensure system stability. A notification will be made available should the planned updates not be migrated to production. Thank you!
