In the past two weeks, we have made several enhancements. Please see below for a list of the most important ones. Note that most of these will not take effect until Wednesday, December 28th, 2011, 8:30PM EST. 

We have thoroughly tested these new enhancements and fixes to ensure high quality before allowing them into production. In case you notice any disruptions, please let us know and we will take fast, appropriate action. Thank you!

WebStorm

• Fixed an issue in which multiple user actions would not result in points for the user
  • The following actions correctly attribute user points:
    • Post/Promote/Demote Comment
    • Post/Promote/Demote Idea
    • Another user promotes your Idea or Comment

Switchboard

• NEW BETA FEATURE: When viewing a Scorecard or Evaluation Summary, attachments to the original Idea are now automatically copied to the Proposal description

Please contact your Brightidea representative to have this feature enabled.

• When creating a new Proposal Template, you can now allow Idea attachments to be copied to the Proposal. This can be activated from the Switchboard setup, under the Proposal Templates editor.

• When an Action Item was deleted or canceled (through canceling a sent Action Item, deleting a Proposal, removing a Proposal from a Round/Collection, etc.), there were a number of issues that had to be cleaned up. The following issues have been resolved:

• When an Action Item is canceled, it appears in the Canceled Action Items list
• When a proposal is deleted or a scorecard is canceled, the email notification URL now directs the user to their Action Items list instead of a blank page
• When removing a Proposal from a Round/Collection, the Action Items are canceled
• When a Proposal is deleted, Action Items no longer appear in:
• Action Items List
• Sent Action Items List
• Collections
• Switchboard Grids
• When a Collection/Round is deleted, Action Items are canceled

• Fixed an issue in which added menu items for the Custom Context Menu—with the open in New Browser Window option enabled—yielded an error in Internet Explorer 7
