In the past two weeks, we have made several enhancements. Please see below for a list of the most important ones. Note that most of these will not take effect until Wednesday, January 25, 2012, 8:30PM EST.

We have thoroughly tested these new enhancements and fixes to ensure high quality before allowing them into production. In case you notice any disruptions, please let us know and we will take fast, appropriate action. Thank you!

Enterprise

• Added Company Ideas widgets that display a list of Ideas submitted by users with a specific email domain (e.g. Ideas submitted by users with the email domain @yourcompany.com)
• Available at both Enterprise and WebStorm level
• Attachments may also be private if "Private Attachments" are enabled for the WebStorm
• To enable private attachments: WebStorm --> Setup --> Ideas --> Ideas -->Private Attachments

Please contact your Brightidea representative to have this feature enabled.

• Minor fixes to improve Enterprise functionality:
• Accommodate special characters (á, ã, é, õ, etc.) in search
• Improved the “Invite a Friend” widget to confirm the invite was sent to the target user

WebStorm

• Ideas can now have multiple attachments added 
• Attachment file types are also displayed with an icon 
• Attachments may also be private if Private Attachments is enabled for the WebStorm 
• To enable private attachments: WebStorm ---> Setup ---> Ideas --->Ideas --->Private Attachments

• Minor fixes to improve WebStorm functionality:
• Fixed an issue in which IE7/IE8 would not render additional questions properly
• Fixed an issue in which IE would not show attachments to comments
• Fixed loading issues with dashboards

WebStorm Admin

• Added additional columns to the WSA grid view to show if an Idea has related Proposals, Scorecards and Collections
• To enable: WebStorm Admin ---> Grid title dropdown ---> Columns ---> Check Scorecard, Proposal, and/or Collection link

• These columns also pop-up a list if there are multiple objects of the same type (i.e. if there are multiple Proposals related to the same Idea)

• BETA: Added a new role: Collection Admins, WebStorm Admins with added access to Switchboard
• Collection Admins may create Collections, add Proposals and send out Scorecards
• Collection Admins also have limited access to the SB Setup tab to create Proposal and Scorecard templates

Switchboard

• Graphical and workflow enhancements to make the Proposals and Evaluations processes easier

• Added new “Open” and “Closed” tabs in the Action Items list to make completing Action Items faster and easier
