In the past two weeks, we have made several enhancements. Please see below for a list of the most important ones. Note that most of these will not take effect until Wednesday, March 7th, 2012, 8:30PM EST.

We have thoroughly tested these new enhancements and fixes to ensure high quality before allowing them into production. In case you notice any disruptions, please let us know and we will take fast, appropriate action. Thank you!

Enterprise

• Performance enhancements to improve the duplicate checker upon idea submission
• Made several enhancements to Communities
• Fixed an issue with uploading a new Community banner
• Fixed discrepancy between Enterprise idea stats and Community idea stats in the 'Community stats' widget on Community level
• Added a new dynamic hyperlink to choose the “Member Landing Page” via the ‘Navigation’ tab in Enterprise setup

WebStorm

• BETA: Added new "Administrator Only" questions to the Idea view page. Only WebStorm and System Admins will be able to see these questions when viewing an Idea.

The question may then be answered by editing the Idea. End users will never see or be prompted to answer Admin only questions.

Admin Only questions are added from the Idea submission form setup. They do not appear in the Post Idea submission form.

PLEASE NOTE:

• A question cannot be both "Admin Only" and "Required" at the same time. Only one option may be selected at a time.
• The questions and their answers are exportable in respective ideas' reports in WebStorm Setup.
• The questions and their answers are accommodated in WebStorm Admin columns for bookmarking & filtering to your liking.
• Please contact your Brightidea representative to have this feature enabled.

• PLEASE NOTE: WebStorm Admin link directs user WebStorm Admin for that specific WebStorm
• Fixed an issue with duplicated extra links when creating new WebStorms from template WebStorms
• Fixed issues with idea submission in IE9 browser
• Fixed an issue in which idea submission and commenting were still active when closing or archiving a WebStorm via Enterprise
• Fixed “+” not appearing in user name and Enterprise and WebStorm-level navigation and widget titles
• Installed additional fixes to Next/Previous Idea buttons from the 2/22 release

Switchboard

• Fixed an issue in which Proposal and Action Items lists would not dynamically resize with the browser window
• Proposals added to Collections now have the correct date for Scorecard action items
