Recent List

• With the new Recent List feature enabled, the Global Navigation gives users easy access to the most recent list of items they've viewed: WebStorms, ideas, user profiles, batches, proposals and projects.
• This is a BETA feature that can be enabled by contacting Brightidea Support.

 Idea Submission Form: Prevent Question Deletion

• With the new feature enabled, Administrators are protected from deleting submission form questions, which could result in mistaken data loss.
  
• Idea Submission forms can be edited by hiding and showing questions.
• This is a BETA feature that can be enabled by contacting Brightidea Support.

Customer BETA Feature Direct Access

• System Administrators now have the ability to turn on dozens of Enterprise and WebStorm Beta features for themselves, using the new BETA tab in Enterprise and WebStorm setup.

• At the Enterprise level, System Administrators now have the direct power to enable almost two dozen settings in Enterprise Site Options, WebStorm Options, Brightidea Suite options, Login Options, and User Options groupings.
• At the WebStorm level, more than two dozen options are available under WebStorm Site Options, Idea Options, Login Options, and User Options groupings.

• Improved the usability and performance of the Visual WebStorm List for large lists of campaigns, long WebStorm names and response to visibility settings.
• The Tag Followers, Search History, Search Term Frequency, and Site-Wide Affiliate Summary Report exports have been upgraded to our asynchronous delivery method. Large exports that take a long time to generate will not timeout, allowing you to navigate to other pages and get a notification email when exports are completed.
• Updated Global Navigation WebStorm grid list to follow display permission rules correctly.
• To make it easier to skin pages, added an ID at the top of the DOM code for every page.

• The Login History, Search History, and Category Report exports now use the upgraded asynchronous delivery method...so report generation won't timeout or delay other work, and notifications are delivered when reports are complete.
• Expanded the WebStorm Adoption Report export (Beta option) to include # Permitted Users, # Users Invited, # Logged In, # Who Viewed Topic page, # Who Viewed Ideas, # Who Voted, # Who Commented, and # Who Submitted Ideas.  
• Export also includes detailed list of users by Screen Name and Email, with separate columns for activities performed in the WebStorm.
• To make it easier to skin pages, added an ID at the top of the DOM code for every page.

• Made Pipeline project grid navigation easier by adding page navigation controls.
