Updated & Streamlined WebStorm Creation

• With the new Create WebStorm Updates enabled, creating a WebStorm is more streamlined, with fewer configuration clicks:

• The redesigned form adds the ability to search and directly add the WebStorm Sponsor.
• The new form also streamlines the creation of WebStorms by allowing the search and configuration of Access Groups, selecting Templates, and allowing the WebStorm Scheduler settings to be entered directly from the create form. 

 Status Change Reason added to Idea Status Change History Report

• With the new beta option turned on, the status change reason is added to the Idea Status Change History report

• Converted Phase Widget text into labels, so users can translate and custom label instructional text and messages.
• Converted Notifications text into labels, so users can translate and custom label.
• Added the capability for Vimeo videos to be embedded.

• Converted several Idea Board features to use labels so that they can be translated or custom labeled: Filter Labels, Chip Voting Labels, Tooltips, "No Ideas" Messages.
• Converted Additional Information (custom tags and fields set up and seen only by administrators) to use labels so that the feature can be translated or custom labeled.
• Made updates to add data, improve the character support, and improve the layout of the WebStorm Trend Tracking Report.

• Fixed Safari browser issues with scroll bars and Global Navigation dropdown controls.
