New Mobile Configuration Options
- Added a New Mobile tab in Enterprise Setup.
- For customers of the new Brightidea Mobile 5 apps, the new Mobile 5 setup options allow the following:
- Setup of iPhone and Android app download links
- Menu bar and menu bar text color configuration
- Custom logo upload
- Custom labels to be added to the mobile apps
- Adding a mobile download link to the system email footer
- Enabling Post Activity Feed status updates on the mobile apps
Custom Challenge Notification Feature
- Challenge Administrators can more easily communicate to users about challenges using the new 'Notify' tab.
- Admins can craft a short message to send, decide where the message will link to, and send a test notification.
- The notification will be sent to all users who are eligible to participate in the challenge, and will also generate alerts for mobile users (for Brightidea Mobile 5 app customers).
New Mobile Promotion Widget
- For Mobile 5 app customers, added a new Mobile Promotion Widget, which can be used to promote mobile app use on Enterprise and WebStorm pages. The Widget allows custom options for images, download links and headline.
- Upgraded Twitter login actions to use the Twitter API version 1.1
- Fixed an issue where it was possible in some instances for a user to avoid filling out a required profile field by clicking on some available navigation elements.
- Fixed a bug where some required profile field warning messages were not displaying properly in Internet Explorer 8.
- Resolved an issue where, in some cases, a cut-and-pasted comment response would display HTML instead of just the desired text.
- Solved a problem where some Terms & Conditions pages would not render properly in Internet Explorer 7.
- Upgraded the message users receive when a Challenge hasn't launched yet. Instead of the "Take Me Back" button leading to the Enterprise Home page, it now leads to the previous page the user was viewing.
- Upgraded Twitter login actions to use the Twitter API version 1.1
- Resolved an issue where, in some cases, a cut-and-pasted comment response would display html instead of just the desired text.
- Solved a problem where some Terms & Conditions pages would not render properly in Internet Explorer 7.
- Fixed a problem where, in some cases, users with apostrophes in their names were not able to be added correctly to Idea teams.
