Image Auto-Assign by Category
- Expanded the utility of Idea Boards by allowing administrators to assign images to each Idea Category automatically as ideas come in. If idea submitters don't add images for ideas, this feature ensures that Idea Board lists still look great.

- Updated View Idea 2.0 page design to include Chips voting on the Votes tab.
- Through upgrading server configurations and code improvements, improved Enterprise Setup page performance by up to 48%.
- Streamlined notifications so that users who have commented on an idea will receive only one notification and email when a comment tagging them is entered on that idea.
- Removed Screen Name duplicate checking for registration and user imports, since unique Screen Names are no longer necessary.
- Added a new Beta option, Add Image to Idea Submission form, to allow administrators to control idea image collection for Post Idea and Edit Idea, independently from whether the Idea Boards option is enabled.
- Removed Screen Name duplicate checking for registration and user imports, since unique Screen Names are no longer necessary.
