Brightidea Product Release Notes - May 6th, 2015

Brightidea's Fall 2014 Release incorporated a next generation architecture with significant new capabilities. This release provided the foundation for future new capabilities. For more information on Brightidea's Fall 2014 release and the next generation architecture, please visit the Fall 2014 pages or the detailed Knowledge Base articles.

For those customers who are on the Fall 2014 release or newer, below are the updates and improvements in today’s release:

• The Business Results Dashboard has been updated to include the following:
• Added a new KPI Box for "Projected Value," tracking the total sum value of Idea Projections in the system
• Outcome data is now pulled from Idea Outcomes
• The Projects dashboard has been updated to now display both Idea and Projections metrics
• The following columns have been added to the Pipeline Idea List view:
• Idea Outcomes
• Idea Projections
• Innovation State
• Filtering and searching is now available for the Action Items Manager grid
• Fixed an issue in which some Review Action Item assignees were not able to change idea status
• Fixed an issue in which the Pipeline Idea Export would not run correctly
• Fixed an issue in which email notifications for completed Step exports were not correctly sent
• Fixed an issue in which Ideas in the Pipeline Idea List view would sometimes not display the correct data for all columns
• When creating Projects by adding Ideas to Project-type Steps, those Projects now correctly link to their originating Idea
• When changing and updating the order of Ideas for a Stack Rank Action Item, the new Stack Rank order is now saved
• Fixed an issue for Proposal-type Steps in which Development Lead Action Items were not assigned correctly

We have also made the following updates to Previous Architecture:

Enterprise

• Fixed an issue for IE9, in which Dynamic Navigation does not appear correctly for the Enterprise Search Results page
• In System Email Messages, disabling specific email messages now saves correctly

WebStorm

• Fixed an issue in which moving an Idea to a different WebStorm would sometimes create a duplicate Idea
• Fixed an issue with Copy Idea (BETA), in which Votes and Comments would be copied even when those options are not selected
• Fixed an issue in which the WebStorm Dashboard would not correctly displays per day data
• Fixed an issue in which the Top Contributors widget would not correctly display the top 10 users
• Fixed an issue in which Idea Drafts would not save responses to Idea Submission Form questions
