To disable Idea submission for an Initiative:
- Navigate to Site Setup > Ideas > Ideas
- De-select the option Idea Submission and save the change.
- Note: Disabling Idea submission for an Initiative applies to all users regardless of permissions.
- When Idea Submission is disabled, the Submit button is removed from display and any attempted access to the submission form URL will be redirected to the Initiative Idea List page.
