In addition to adding extra submission form questions, the Administrator also has the option to include questions for administrators and moderators only.
- Marking the check box on the submission form edit page as Administrator Only, makes that question visible to Administrators and Pipeline Moderators only.
- A question marked as "Administrator Only" will show on the idea page and administrator and moderators will have the option of answering it.
- Note: End users will not be able to view or edit Admin Only submission form questions.
- To update the answer to an Administrator Only question, the Administrator or Moderator can select the pencil icon that appears when hovering over the answer area.
Does the Administrator need to be a System Administrator (Enterprise Set-Up) to view these fields, or is it sufficient for the Administrator to be a Webstorm Administrator?
