If you are not receiving emails from an Initiative, you can check the following:
- Is Turn off all Emails enabled for the Initiative under Site Setup > Site > General Settings?
- Are emails disabled under your profile settings in My Profile > Edit My Profile?
- Does your email client have rules or filters?
- Has the message been caught in your spam/junk folder?
- Is email digest turned on to hold your emails for a certain time and/or day under My Profile > Edit My Profile?
- Whitelist Brightidea email messages on your email servers.
- For a missing registration email, check any domain, IP, or SSO restrictions.
- If issues persist after troubleshooting, please submit a ticket to our Support Portal.
