Inactive User Accounts


In most cases, an Inactive user in Brightidea is inaccessible.  The user cannot log in to submit Ideas, post comments, or participate in any capacity. To learn more about deactivating users, check out this support article.

  • The profile attributes of deactivated users and all information regarding their participation (Ideas, comments, votes, etc.) remain intact.
  • If a user is blocked, the account is frozen until an Admin unblocks them via System Setup or Site Setup.
