The following updates and improvements have been made:
- Enhanced all Step tooltypes to include inline messages explaining how changes to Evaluators for a Step will be applied to submissions.
- Updated the Single Scale and Review tooltypes to apply changes to Evaluators for a Step to any submissions currently in the Step, as well as future submissions added to the Step. (Note: exceptions may apply if there are custom settings in place for the number of Evaluators per submission)
- Fixed an issue where the 'Learn more' links in the Find Owner and Implementation tooltypes were not working correctly.
