Hackathon updates
- Completed miscellaneous updates and polishing to the Hackathon participant's page and team name functionality

- Updated UI on Project Room comment functionality to show the total count of notes added
- Fixed a bug where Project Rooms were not being deleted
- Fixed a bug where File pages were not able to be added to a folder, only moved into a folder

- Added Apply and Reject applicant widget functionality to View Idea 3, as detailed out here
- Added Github widget functionality to View Idea 3, as detailed out here
- Updated the experience so the Whiteboard widget was automatically added to View Idea 3 should it be populated on the submission form

- Fixed an issue where records were missing Stage and Step in specific pipelines
- Fixed an issue where the subject line was missing for system emails in specific initiatives
- Fixed an issue where action item notification count included canceled action items
- Fixed a bug where task reordering in Project Room was not always respected
