Product Release Notes - February 21, 2024

Enhancements & Updates:

  • Updated the messaging when accessing a Project Room you do not have access to to be more descriptive
  • Updated the logic around removing an evaluator from the Step Configuration modal, so if they have not received any action items for the Step, they should be permanently removed (i.e. deleted). And if the evaluator has any existing action items (open, completed, or canceled), removing the evaluator should retain a record (existing behavior).
  • In Whiteboard, added shift + drag to scale, in addition to the existing hotkey CMD +K
  • Improved the Project Room widget performance significantly on View Idea 3.0
  • Updated the UI on the expertise and tag widget on View Idea 3.0

Bug Fixes:

  • Updated UI so long URLs did not extend off page width on idea descriptions
  • Fixed an issue where files in project room were capped at a superficial limit
  • Fixed a bug where duplicate initiative was not suplicating the instructional text fields within the submission form.
  • Fixed an issue that when you deleted a Business Impact from a Project Room, the information was retained should it be added back in.
