General bug fixes and enhancements:

Fixed an issue where attachments were not being saved on drafts.
Fixed an issue in List View where selecting "Update Assignees" from the actions buttons did not trigger the modal.
Fixed an issue where the download mobile app email contained [Webstorm Name] in the subject line.
Fixed an issue where the resend action items info message did not appear when editing a rule with the "Change Step" action if the selected step had resend enabled.
Fixed error where two scrollbars would appear on votes modal and whiteboard hotkey modal.
Fixed an error where images uploaded in email templates were displaying as broken images.
Fixed issue with reordering ideas in pipeline caused the page to become unresponsive.
Fixed issue with video attachment to development questions not playing.
Added the ability to use tab in addition to enter to select a user in tagging.

Project Room:

Fixed an error where new notes were not added to the top of the list.
Fixed an error where drag and drop was not placing the selected objects in the expected place.
Fixed an issue where Project Room images sometimes displayed as rectangular instead of square.

Hackathon:

Fixed an issue where the "Send Message" feature on the hack participants page did not display success notification or close the modal despite the emails being sent successfully.
