General bug fixes and enhancements

  • Fixed the issue where evaluators appeared in both completed and open action items sections in the Update Assignee popup, ensuring they are now only displayed in the relevant section based on the most recent action item for some systems.
  • Fixed the issue where the clear tooltip was hidden behind the tasks actions bar for some systems.
  • Resolved an issue where dynamic fields in initiative level newsletters were displaying placeholders instead of populated data for some systems.
  • Fixed the issue where label exports contained duplicate key values, preventing successful updates during the import process for some systems.

  • Resolved an issue where the "Cannot contain serially sequenced letters on the keyboard" password rule was incorrectly triggered when a special character was included in the password for some systems.
  • Resolved an issue where comment text was not retained in the comment and comment reply input fields after submission failure, ensuring better user experience across all systems.
  • Fixed the group search functionality to properly return results when searching for names with multiple words for some systems.
  • Fixed a 500 error that prevented users from adding an initiative sponsor on the role configuration page for some systems.

Project Room

  • Resolved a system-specific access issue that prevented Project Room creators and team members from accessing their project rooms.
  • Updated the deletion modal for Project Rooms to provide a clear warning about the implications of deleting a template in an Initiative, ensuring users confirm their decision with a checkbox acknowledging the effects.
  • Removed the 'Submit to Batch' button for memos created from templates in the Project Room to align with standard behavior for template projects.
  • Logged invited users in the Project Room to the member role audit table for improved tracking across all areas of the application.
