Product Release Notes - Oct 16th, 2024

General Platform Fixes and Enhancements

• Full-Screen Issue in Embedded Video Player Fix- We resolved an issue preventing the full-screen option in the embedded video player from working in Chrome and Edge.
• Linked Idea Widget Tooltip Fix- We resolved an issue where the tooltip for linked Ideas would flow out of view in the Linked Idea widget.
• Quick Add Idea Visibility Control- We added an option to "Hide Submission" in Quick Add to control Idea visibility, aligning with system settings and user preferences.
• Enhanced Jira Data Integration Settings- We refined the UI for the Jira Data Center Integration tab and repositioned the Integrations tab in system settings for clarity.
• Analyst Attachment Download Fix- We resolved an issue where Analyst users encountered a blank screen when attempting to download attachments, which affected some systems.
• Phase Widget Date Saving Fix- We resolved an issue where saved dates within the Phase widget would incorrectly display a day earlier after page refresh for some systems.
• Category Assignment Update Button in Development Step Fix- We fixed an issue where the update button for Category assignments in a Development step was unresponsive on some systems.
• Visual Initiative List Widget Spinner Fix- We resolved an issue causing an infinite spinner when changing Initiative icons in the Visual Initiative List widget for some systems.
• Imported Ideas History Entry- The View Idea History tab now displays a history entry for imported Submissions.
• Global Search Tooltip Error- We addressed an issue where an error appeared when exiting the tooltip and continuing to type in the global search.
• Fixed Infinite Spinner for Initiative-level Statuses- We resolved an issue causing an infinite spinner when selecting Initiative Level Statuses, affecting some systems.
• Adjusted Access for Team Workspace Link- We resolved an issue in which the Team Workspace link was not displayed for Analysts set in the Pipeline Setup, affecting some systems.
• Idea Box License Allocation Fix- We resolved an issue where users would still be allocated Idea Box licenses, even if they were not assigned a role for an Idea Box

Project Room

• Gate Floating Modal Button Fix- We fixed an issue in which resizing the left rail in a Project Room would hide the close and collapse/expand button.

Whiteboard

• Whiteboard Stacks/ NNL Header Truncation Improvement- We improved header truncation in Whiteboard Stacks/ NNL to ensure both text and card number indicators always fit within the view.
• Whiteboard Text Box Resizing Fix- We resolved an issue where the text box in Whiteboard would not resize correctly when the Fixed Size option was adjusted.
