General Platform Fixes and Enhancements
- Improved Site Design Update Speed- We addressed a performance issue that caused delays when updating CSS on the Site Design page for some systems.
- Save Rule Without Category Prevention- We fixed an issue that allowed rules to be saved without a category, affecting some systems.
- Pipeline Moderators Breakdown View Issue- We fixed an issue that caused a blank page when Pipeline Moderators clicked the View Breakdown link, affecting some systems.
- Global Idea Code Search Issue- We resolved an issue where searching for Idea codes in the global search bar returned no results for some systems.
- File Upload Invalid Character Error Messaging- We added an error message for file uploads with invalid characters in the file name.
- 'My Favorites' Widget Database Error Fix- We resolved an issue causing an unknown error for the My Favorites Widget.
- Add User Error Fix- We resolved an issue where attempting to add new users would result in an error message for some systems.
- Expert Vote Data Display Fix- We addressed an issue for Solve initiatives where the Chart View for Single Scale Manage Step screens were displaying the "Expert Vote" axis incorrectly. These charts have been updated to display the axis as "Average Score."
- Fixed Dropdown Display Issue- Resolved a dropdown text wrapping issue where the box was smaller than its content during app creation.
- Attachment Download Issue for Analysts- We resolved an issue where Analyst users encountered a blank screen and were unable to download attachments from hidden Ideas, affecting some systems.
- Smart Tag Language Adjustment- We updated our system and pipeline emails to replace "WEBSTORM" with "INITIATIVE" in various smart tags and email content.
- Unregistered Users Accessing Profiles for Public Initiatives- We fixed an issue where unregistered users could access other users' profile pages. Profiles should only be viewable by registered and logged-in users.
- Submission Schedule Bug Fix- We resolved an issue where the submission schedule did not close as configured on some systems.
- Corrected Assignee Name in Export- We fixed an issue where the tasks export displayed the assignee's screen name instead of their display name for some systems.
- Evaluator Status Reporting Correction- We corrected an issue in which the User Activity report inaccurately listed all users as non-evaluators, affecting some systems.
- Move Step Dropdown Fix- We resolved an issue where not all steps were available in the dropdown list for the Change Step option, affecting some systems.
Whiteboard
- Unified Arrow Feature on Whiteboard- We removed the conditional logic for the Arrow feature to ensure it is available on all systems.
- Fixed Tooltip Issue for Cards- We corrected a card tooltip display problem.
- Zoom Percentage Line Fix- We fixed a missing line under the zoom percentage display in Whiteboard.
- Arrow Placement on Whiteboard Lines- We updated the functionality so that pressing the "A" hotkey will place an arrow at the end of the line on the Whiteboard.
- Default Arrow Update for Whiteboard- We updated the initial arrows in Whiteboard to be Line Arrows by default.
- Whiteboard Link Confirmation Improvement- Users can now confirm the 'Add Link to Object' action in Whiteboard by pressing the Enter key.
- Updated Right-Click Menu Order- We updated the right-click menu order for the Stack and Now, Next, Later tools in Whiteboard to improve usability.
