Here are all the updates and improvements we made:
- An issue with Deactivated users getting added back into Brightidea was caught and resolved by our Engineering team.
- Certain Action Items were not triggering when Submissions from specific Categories were entered into Steps. This was investigated and resolved by our Engineering team.
- Action Items were not triggering correctly when a Submission would move to a new Pipeline. This was investigated and resolved going forward.
