General Platform Fixes and Enhancements

• Fixed Scheduled Reports Timing Issue- We resolved a scheduling issue that sometimes caused a midnight report to be sent twice, preventing the next day's report from being sent, affecting some systems.
• Fixed Action Item Access Issue- Resolved an issue causing open action items to appear as deleted when accessed, affecting some systems.
• Improved List View Loading Speed- We addressed an issue causing significant lag and an infinite spinner in the list view of Ideas, enhancing the performance.
