Product Release Notes - Feb 5th, 2025

General Platform Fixes and Enhancements

• Corrected Approval Rule Steps Routing- We fixed an issue where the Rules Engine incorrectly moved Ideas to the incorrect Step, affecting some systems.
• Rules Engine Scrollbar Glitch- We fixed an issue where clicking on the scrollbar in the Rules Engine dropdown caused it to close unexpectedly, affecting some systems.
• Fixed Visibility Export Issue- We corrected an issue where the List view export inaccurately displayed all Ideas as "Yes" in the Visibility column instead of reflecting their true visibility settings.
• Pipeline Duplication Fix- We resolved an issue where duplicating a site did not create a pipeline, affecting display and functionality for some systems.
• Scheduled Newsletters Delivery Issue- We fixed a problem where scheduled newsletters were not being triggered as expected, affecting some systems.
• Action Item Reminder Consistency Fix- We addressed an issue causing inconsistent reminder intervals for some systems.
• Corrected Early Reminder Emails- We fixed an issue causing action item reminder emails to send earlier than configured for some systems.
• Fixed Dynamic Field in Comment Emails- We addressed an issue where the Idea URL in comment emails was generating as a broken link, affecting some systems.

Whiteboard

• Copy Paste Fix- We resolved an issue where paste did not work in an empty area of the Whiteboard canvas.
• AI Cluster- We disabled the AI Cluster option for Tables and Stacks in the Whiteboard, ensuring it is only enabled when Stickies are selected.
• Sticky Text- We ensured that when a Sticky is added via Hotkey “S” or the left toolbar, the text size defaults correctly, addressing an issue where previously added large text affected the Sticky's appearance.
• Tables- We resolved an intermittent issue where background color transparency appears to affect text visibility in Whiteboard tables.
