Product Release Notes - Weds, May 7th 2025

General Platform Fixes and Enhancements

• Disable Registration Email Profile Link- We added a toggle to disable the link in the email footer directing users to update email settings in their user profile for a smoother experience.
• Fixed Unresponsive Update Button- We resolved an issue causing the Update button for Action Items to be unresponsive for some systems.
• Addressed Loading Issue for All Submissions Page- We fixed an issue where ideas were not loading on the All Submissions page, affecting some systems.
• Development Date Field Fix- We resolved an issue where blank Start Date and End Date fields in API data occasionally returned "invalid date" instead of an empty field for some systems.
• Updated Message for Outstanding Action Items- We modified the email body to provide a clear and friendly reminder of action items with a direct access link.
• Email Configuration Save Requirement- We fixed an issue where sending a test email would show a success message but result in a 400 error unless configuration changes were saved, affecting some systems.
• Votes History Report Blank Fix—We fixed an issue where the Votes History Report displayed as blank prior to resetting, affecting some systems.
• Submission Date Import Error Fix- We corrected an issue where idea submissions imported were showing a date one day earlier than specified in the import file for some systems.
• Invite Email Button Text Issue- We fixed a bug affecting some systems where the dynamic field for button text in the invite email template was not updating correctly, defaulting to "Join Now".

Project Room

• Project Room Usage Export Enhancement- We added the ability to include Project Room utilization data in the system-level user activity report, ensuring parity with Whiteboard data.

Whiteboard

• Whiteboard Right Panel AI Button Updates- We updated the default, hover, and focus states of the AI button and added an animation on click in the Whiteboard Right Panel.
• Whiteboard Image Selection Enhancement- When dragging a set of images onto the canvas in Whiteboard, all images are now automatically selected.
• Whiteboard Image Ordering- We updated the image import feature in Whiteboard to arrange images on the canvas based on their date and time stamps when dropped in from your machine.
• Whiteboard Text Mode UI Enhancement- We added new UI elements to the Whiteboard Right Panel to display and switch between text modes: Auto-width, Auto-height, and Fixed, similar to functionality in Figma.
