Generate Ideas with AI
Instead of starting from a blank canvas, you can have Brightidea AI suggest ideas for you.
Open a Whiteboard
Select the AI icon
Enter a prompt or question (e.g., “Flavors for 4oz cookies sold by a micro bakery”)
Select Generate Ideas
Organize Stickies with AI
Users can easily turn scattered stickies into organized groups automatically.
Select your sticky notes
Right-click on the selection, then select Brightidea AI > Organize
Choose to organize by Author, Keyword, or Theme
Evaluate with AI
AI can assist with providing an initial prioritization of ideas based on Impact vs Level of Effort.
Highlight the stickies you want to evaluate
Right-click on the selection and select Brightidea AI → Evaluate with Smart Matrix
Ideas will be automatically plotted on the prioritization matrix
Generate a Product Requirements Document (PRD)
Users can create a structured requirements draft directly from a sticky with ease.
Right-click the sticky note
Select Brightidea AI > Product Requirements Document
AI will generate the PRD based on the sticky’s content.
Build an App with AI
Brightidea allows you to bring your ideas to life with AI-powered prototyping.
Right-click on your generated Product Requirements Document object
Select Brightidea AI > Build an App
AI will open ChatGPT in a separate window with the PRD data pre-filled for easy app creation.
