Product Release Notes - Feb 11th 2026

General Platform Fixes and Enhancements

  • Number Fields Edit Fix- We resolved an issue where edits to number fields in View Idea 2.0 were not saving correctly, affecting some systems.
  • Submission Form Builder CSS Fix: We addressed CSS issues in the Submission Form Builder that affected some systems.
  • Page Load Delay for Rich Text Widget- We resolved an issue causing a delay on some systems where the Rich Text/HTML widgets displayed content before the CSS fully loaded.
  • View Idea 3 Comment Paste Crash Fix- We fixed an issue where pasting a @user-tag into a comment in View Idea 3 would crash the page for some systems.
  • Fixed Initiative User Login History Export Discrepancies: We resolved an issue that caused the Login History export to incorrectly include users without access permissions, affecting some systems.
  • Year Display Fix on Dashboard: We corrected an issue in which graphs on the Dashboard incorrectly displayed the previous year instead of the current year for some systems.
  • Mobile-Responsive Submit Button Fix: We addressed an issue that caused the Submit button to be missing from the mobile-responsive submission form, affecting some systems.
  • User Group Import Issue- We fixed an import issue that affected the "Share" functionality and the "Import Users as Group" option for some systems.

Whiteboard

  • Resizable YouTube Videos in Whiteboard- We removed the minimum size restriction for YouTube videos in the Whiteboard feature to enhance usability.
  • Whiteboard Spell Check Ignore Option- We introduced an "Ignore" option for misspelled words to improve the spell check experience in Whiteboard.
  • Line Scaling Support in Whiteboard- We added scaling support to lines in the Whiteboard, allowing users to scale lines up or down with fixed rotation when selected.
