General Platform Fixes and Enhancements

• Improved Word Copy/Paste in TinyMCE Editor - We enhanced how content is handled when pasted from Microsoft Word in the TinyMCE rich text editor, making it cleaner and more efficient.
• Resolved Submission Export Data Discrepancies - We fixed an issue that caused submission exports to display data in fields that were blank or non-existent on the View Idea screen, affecting some systems.
• Phase Widget Date Format Issue - We fixed an issue where dates reverted to 1/1/1970 in the Phase widget when using the EU date format that had affected some systems.
• Addressed Excessive Lag in Group Modifications - We corrected the lag experienced when adding users to groups, which affected some systems.
