Product Release Notes - August 5th, 2026

General Platform Fixes and Enhancements

• Fixed Stack Rank Export Issue- We resolved an issue where Stack Rank scores disappeared from exports when updated by an admin, affecting some systems.
• Team Workspace Due Date Export Fix- We addressed an issue where some systems exported Team Workspace task due dates as 1/1/1970 in the Action Items Manager report.
• Team-Member Search Stability Improvement- We resolved an issue causing the Team-Member search to crash after session expiration that had affected some systems.
• Quick Add Widget Fix- We resolved an issue that caused a TypeError when loading the Quick Add widget for the first time in some systems.
• Idea Import Parsing Issue Fix- We resolved an issue where importing ideas returned zero rows found despite having valid data, for some systems.
• React List View Performance Improvement- We improved the performance of the list view in NGA, which had affected some systems.
• React Steps View Sort Options Update- We updated the sort options in React Steps View, including consolidating "Newest" and "Oldest" into "Submission Date" for better ascending/descending sorting, and adjusted the order of sort options.
• Access Group Restriction for Submitter Search- We resolved an issue where users outside the general access group could be added as submitters, affecting some systems.
• Email Message Display Sizing Issue- We addressed width differences across desktop/web and mobile email messages that had affected some systems.
• Date Format Issue in Submission Import Fixed- We addressed the issue where the Date column in the Submission Import template was not pre-formatted as MM/DD/YYYY, which caused import failures in some systems.
• Pipeline Association Confusion Fix- We resolved an issue where an Idea appeared to be associated with one pipeline but was actually associated with another, affecting some systems.
• Locate User via API for Abuse Report- We fixed an issue where users could not locate the submitter of an Abuse Report on an Idea via the API for some systems.
• Email Logs Message Display Fix- We fixed an issue where email logs were displaying the message body as encoded, which affected some systems.
• Promote Reasons Save Limitation Fix- We fixed an issue in View Idea 3 where Promote Reasons would not save when Demote voting was disabled, affecting some systems.
• Typographical Error Correction- We corrected a typographical error in the version history, changing "lastest" to "latest" for some systems.
• Improved Post Idea Widget Behavior- We updated the Post Idea widget to prompt users to log in when attempting to post an idea in public initiatives while not logged in, improving user experience.

Hackathon

• Resolved Hackathon Visibility Issue- We fixed the issue where the "Answer only visible to admin, evaluator, submitters with edit permissions" toggle was not appearing in Hackathons, ensuring it now functions properly for all systems.
