General Platform Fixes and Enhancements
- Emoji Reaction Visibility on Pinned Replies- We resolved an issue where emoji reactions were not visible on pinned replies to pinned comments for some systems.
- Emoji Reactions on Pinned Comments Fix- We resolved the issue where emoji reactions were not visible on pinned comments, addressing this problem for some systems.
- New User Creation Screen Fix- We fixed a display issue when creating new users under System Setup.
- Support for Over 100 Groups in Share Dialog- We redesigned the Participants tab and Share dialog to allow easy searching and selection from more than 100 groups using pagination and search-as-you-type, addressing usability issues for some systems.
- Added Save Button for Settings Control- We added a save button to the BYOM interface to prevent accidental changes to system settings by administrators.
- Corrected Typo in Move Idea Modal- We fixed a typo in the Move Idea modal within the Steps view for some systems.
- Date Icon Mismatch- We resolved an issue with the date icon not displaying correctly for some systems.
- Fixed Blank Modal Issue for Specific Ideas- We resolved an issue that caused the modal to display blank pages for ideas due to a server memory error, affecting some systems.
- Enhanced Submission Report Exports- We added the idea owner attribute to submission report exports to enable tracking of idea ownership directly within reports.
- Tag Visibility in Hidden Ideas- We fixed an issue where tags on hidden ideas were not visible to read-only admins in the filter within Ideaboards and Pipeline Steps View that had affected some systems.
- Original Evaluator Reassignment Fix- We restored the ability to reassign action items to the original evaluator in Find Owner after changing categories, affecting some systems.
- Fixed 'NAN' Action Items Issue- We resolved an issue where 'NAN' was displayed for Action Items in the delete Ideas modal, affecting some systems.
- Button-Style Markdown in Email Templates- We added support for button-style markdown syntax in email templates to render links as styled HTML buttons.
- Fix for Load More Comments Issue- We corrected the issue where clicking "Load More Comments" replaced the current list instead of appending it for some systems.
- Email Subject Correction- We fixed an issue where an extra bracket appeared in the email subject for some systems.
- Rich Text 3.0 Anchor Link Fix- We resolved an issue where clicking on a link to an anchor in the Rich Text 3.0 widget led to a 404 page instead of navigating to the intended anchor for some systems.
- Audio Comment Posting Issue- We fixed an issue where audio comments could not be posted when the "Content Security Policy" was enabled, affecting some systems.
- Sorting by Popularity with Emojis Update- We fixed an issue where sorting comments by "Most Popular" did not account for emoji reactions, affecting some systems.
- Update Assignees Modal Improvement- We greyed out the 'Update Assignment' button when no changes are made to assignees to avoid confusion.
- My Drafts Empty Page Fix- We fixed an issue where My Drafts would load an empty page if the affiliate had no initiatives defined, affecting some systems.
- Fix for Import Ideas Functionality- We resolved an issue where the Import Ideas button was unresponsive in the Manage Step page for some systems.
- Quick Add Menu Visibility- We fixed an issue causing the quick add menu to be hidden by the sidebar in the Scout app, which affected some systems.
- Login Page Info Box Removal- We fixed the issue where an empty information box was displayed on the login page, which affected some systems.
- Team Name Display Removed from User Editing- We fixed an issue where the Team Name field erroneously appeared at the top of the User selection popup when editing in View Idea 3, which affected some systems.
- Hide Tags Field on Submission Form- We added the ability to hide the Tags field in Post Idea and View Idea.
Project Room
- Project Room Task Export Fix- We corrected the export functionality in the Project Room, ensuring tasks now export correctly in xlsx format for some systems.
Hackathon
- Judging Voice Comments Default to Private- We set the default Judging voice comments to Private to ensure feedback intended to be internal remains internal, affecting some systems.
