General Platform Fixes and Enhancements
- Attachment Issue in Submission Form - We fixed the issue where attachments could not be added in the submission form on some systems.
- Notification Visibility Adjustment - We corrected an issue that caused notifications about new votes on ideas to appear in the Notification Center even when the Hide Vote History setting was enabled, affecting some systems.
- Pipeline Name Tooltip Enhancement- We now display the full pipeline name in a tooltip on hover when names are truncated.
- Unique Record Number in Comment Export- We added a unique record number to each comment in the export to assist with deduplication and reporting.
- Private-Attachment Checkbox in Edit Mode- We added a private-attachment checkbox to the edit mode on the View Idea page, allowing attachments added during editing to be marked private.
- Newest-First Comment Order for Exports- We added an option to export submissions with comments ordered from newest to oldest, allowing you to choose how comments are displayed.
- Steps View Sorting Alignment- We updated the Steps view to mirror the Judging tool order for Judging steps, ensuring consistency across both views.
- Emoji Support in Rich Text 3.0- We resolved an encoding issue to ensure emojis entered in the Rich Text 3.0 widget are correctly stored and rendered after saving.
- Fixed Text Overflow in Merged With Column- We applied a text-overflow property and added a tooltip to display complete text in the Merged With column.
- User Name Synchronization Fix: We ensured that updates to user names are now reflected across all locations and exports, keeping names in sync wherever they are displayed.
- Development Field Deletion Warning Fix - We addressed an issue where, in some systems, a Development step remained configured after a Development field was deleted, allowing action items with missing fields to be completed without warning.
- Whole Number Enforcement in Scorecards: We updated scorecard editing to prevent decimal values in point-value fields, ensuring accurate score calculations.
- Category Change Confirmation Mechanism- We implemented a mechanism to exclude irrelevant action items when changing categories, enhancing modal view accuracy.
- Added Idea Owner to Rules-Engine Emails- We added the Idea Owner as a dynamic field option in rules-engine email templates, allowing owner names to automatically render in sent emails, while ideas without an owner will show an empty value.
- Fixed Dynamic Field Replacement for Group Emails - We corrected an issue where the [IDEA_OWNER] field was not replaced in group emails, which affected some systems.
Project Room
- Admin-selectable Default Sort for Idea Boards- We added a feature that allows administrators to set a default sort order for idea boards, which is applied to all users upon first load, while still allowing users to change the sort in-session.
- Fixed Manage Scorecard Deep-Linking- We fixed the issue where deep-linking to ideas in the Manage Scorecard would incorrectly default to the first idea when the target idea is beyond the first page of results.
- Navigate Directly to Idea in Manage Scorecard- We fixed the issue where clicking "View Results" from a scorecard step's progress bar did not navigate directly to the specific idea's results, ensuring it now consistently lands on the correct idea.
Whiteboard
- Whiteboard Dash Line Options - We added the ability for users to choose between a solid line and a dashed line style for shape borders in the Whiteboard.
