General Platform Fixes and Enhancements
- Resolved Info Message Display Issue- We corrected an issue where the 'Edit assignees' info message appeared during the first configuration of User Selection for some systems.
- Fix for Saving Multiple User Selections- We resolved an intermittent issue that prevented saving when selecting multiple users in specific scenarios for some systems.
- Polished Recurring Action Item UI- We enhanced the clarity and appearance of the Recurring Action Item settings with new section labels and icons.
- Backup Assignee Field Positioning- We repositioned the Backup assignee field to display above the border line for some systems.
- Fix Resend Action Item Messaging in Modal- We corrected the display of Resend action item messaging in the Change Step modal.
- Enhanced Action Items Display- We updated the My Action Items and Action Items Manager views to show all versions of action items, including re-sent ones, with appropriate status options.
- Fixed Button Dynamic Field in Invite Email - We resolved an issue where the Button dynamic field in invite emails failed to link to the expected URL, affecting some systems.
- Fixed Unwanted Columns in List View Export- We corrected an issue where the export file included extra columns not selected in the List View for some systems.
- Fix for Scorecard Template View Issue- We resolved an issue preventing the Scorecard Template from opening correctly in the Configure Step for some systems.
- New Warning Message for Deleting Steps: We added a warning message to confirm the deletion of a Step, including details about data removal.
- Improved User Selection Email Search- We updated the User Selection field to ensure email searches are no longer case-sensitive for some systems.
- Fixed Submission Team Visibility Issue- We resolved an issue where non-System Admin users could not see the Submission Team field in List view, which had affected some systems.
- Fixed List View Export Columns- We resolved an issue where certain fields were not included in the List view export for some systems.
- Enhanced Security for Invite Requests- We improved the Invite Request functionality by implementing verification to prevent malicious code injection in request emails for certain systems.
- Fix for Saving Idea Settings- We resolved an issue where Idea settings failed to save when the initiative status was set to closed, which had affected some systems.
- Enhanced Table Styling Controls- We improved the table component by allowing background color updates for the entire table and ensuring 'Add Row/Column' controls remain visible when the table is selected.
Whiteboard
- Improved Visibility of Selection Handles- We ensured that selection handles remain visible and functional even when the selection box is small.
- Fix for Whiteboard PNG Copy Function- We resolved an issue where copying an image to PNG in Whiteboard was not working properly.
- Introduce Snap and Alignment Guides- We added snap and alignment guides for creating shapes by dragging on the Whiteboard.
- Improved Shortcut Accessibility- We ensured that shortcuts like Undo and Redo remain functional when the right-hand or top toolbar is focused, unless a text field is actively selected.
Hackathon
- Fixed Hackathon Total Submissions Count- We corrected an over-counting issue in the Hackathon Overview dashboard's 'Total Submissions' to ensure it matches the Project Gallery and List view for some systems.
