Product Release Notes - September 30th, 2026

General Platform Fixes and Enhancements

  • UI Enhancements for Scheduler V4- We polished the user interface for Scheduler V4 to improve the timeline view and overall user experience.
  • New Clear All Filters Button- We added a Clear All Filters button in the list view header to allow users to quickly remove all active filters and search terms in one action.
  • Fixed Scheduler Full View Issue- We resolved an issue with the Scheduler appearing incorrectly on full view that had affected some systems.
  • Pinned Comments Display Issue Resolved- We fixed an issue where Pinned Comments were not displaying after the 20th idea in List View for some systems.
  • Updated Google Analytics ID Example- We updated the helper text for the Google Analytics ID field to use a GA4 measurement ID format, starting with G-.
  • Enhanced Email Template Customization- We added a background color control and increased email body margins for better alignment in the Edit Master Template page.
  • Fix for WorkerID Display in Custom User Selection Report- We resolved an issue where the WorkerID field was not pulling data correctly in the Custom User Selection Report for some systems.
  • Fix for React Dark Mode Display Issues- We corrected the category assignment labels to change to white in dark mode and ensured the lock state displays correctly for some systems.
  • Improved 'View as Ordinary User' Session Handling- We ensured that administrators automatically exit 'View as Ordinary User' mode upon logging back in, restoring full access to admin functions.
  • Strengthened Registration Security- We fixed an issue where users could create an account through a legacy registration process on sites where self-registration was turned off, affecting some systems.
