General Platform Fixes and Enhancements
- Fix for Step Result Sorting- We fixed the issue with sorting by Step Result in the Steps View for Stack Rank steps that had affected some systems.
- New Tag Trigger in Rules Engine- We introduced new tag and admin tag triggers and conditions in the Rules Engine to automate actions when specific tags are added to ideas.
- Resolved Google Analytics G Code Issue- We fixed an issue where data was not updating in Google Analytics when using a G code that had affected some systems.
- Added Cancel Action Item Warning to Change Step Modal- We added a warning to the Change Step modal in the React ideas grid, alerting users when open action items are about to be canceled.
- Refined User Group Addition Process- We changed the process to ensure that users are only added to the default group when added to a submission team, avoiding unintended access to all groups for some systems.
- Disable Links for Completed Action Items- We made completed Stage and Gate action items non-selectable to prevent confusion when resending items.
- Enhanced Kanban Code Structure- We strengthened the Kanban feature by implementing a more robust and consistent code structure.
- Introducing Category Changed Trigger- We added a new trigger to the Rules Engine that allows admins to initiate rules based on changes to an idea's category, enabling category owners to receive notifications and manage workflow steps effectively.
- Improved Scheduled Reports Dropdown- We removed the redundant First day option and ensured reports are sent on the Last day in the scheduled reports dropdown for some systems.
- Fixed Email Pasting in Category Routing- We fixed an issue where pasting an unregistered user's email in the evaluator field during Category routing added unrelated evaluators for some systems.
- Fix for Invisible Kanban Cards- We resolved an issue where Kanban cards could become invisible after grouping and ungrouping actions for some systems.
- Include Idea Images in App Creator - We enhanced the App Creator to include idea images based on the current configuration at runtime.
Project Room
- Resolved Memo Loading and Notification Issues- We fixed an issue where some users experienced problems with memos not loading in the Project Room and an infinite spinner in the notification center for some systems.
Whiteboard
- Default User Registration on Team Submissions- We enabled the user registration on team submissions by default for new free trial sites of Idea Box, Whiteboard, and Memo, allowing invited teammates to access the platform.
- Improved Whiteboard Typewriter Stability- We improved the typewriter effect in the Whiteboard to prevent rare crashes during text streaming.
