General Platform Fixes and Enhancements
- Fix for Manage Scorecard Display Issue- We resolved an issue where the Manage Scorecards view incorrectly showed all answer options as 0% and 0 points, which had affected some systems.
- New Option to Duplicate Email Alert- We added the ability for admins to duplicate email alerts and communications when duplicating initiatives, providing more control over the duplication process.
- Instructional Text for Development and Dependent Fields - Instructional text fields can now be used for Development action items. They can also be made to display depending on answers to multiple-choice questions for submission or Development fields.
- Add System-Level Email Templates- We made system-level email templates available in System Setup for easier access.
- Fixed Unauthorized Email Submissions- We resolved an issue where users without participant access could submit ideas via email for some systems.
- Fixed User Search Filtering- We resolved an issue where filtering by username or first and last name in Quick Results was not displaying user profiles for some systems.
Whiteboard
- Resolved Infinite Loop for Expired Sessions- We corrected an issue in the Whiteboard where expired sessions caused an infinite reconnect loop instead of prompting for re-login.
- Enhanced AI Prompt to Document- We improved the Whiteboard feature by adding the ability to delete the reference to selected objects from the dialog and ensuring a hard return submits the prompt.
