General Platform Fixes and Enhancements
- Fixed Widget Editor Mode Issue- We resolved an issue where some users were stuck in Widget Editor Mode on the View Idea page when switching between initiatives.
- Home Page Header Custom Button - From the Site Home Page header, administrators can now display a custom button that can link to a URL. This allows for linking to other pages in Brightidea or to external links.
- Support Emojis in Rich Text Widget- We added support for emojis in the Rich Text 3.0 widget editor. They can now be pasted in or added from the widget toolbar.
- Resolved Duplicate Rule Order Issue- We fixed an issue with duplicate rule ordering that had affected some systems.
- Capture My Idea in Chrome Extension- We enhanced our Chrome extension with a new 'Capture My Idea' feature, allowing users to easily submit ideas directly from their browser.
- Improved Visibility for Favorited Ideas- Admins can now view users who Favorited a submission in View Idea. We've also added a Favorites export to show all users who favorited all ideas in an initiative.
- Fix for Per-Campaign Administrator Roles in Reports- We resolved an issue where per-campaign Administrator, Moderator, and Read-Only roles were not recognized, affecting access to admin-gated content in report exports for some systems.
- Fix for Missing Template and Submission Name- We resolved an issue where the 'You have been tagged in an idea comment' email template was missing from the Pipeline Setup and did not respect the campaign's submission name for some systems.
- Enhanced Search Functionality- We updated the search feature to start returning results after typing the first character, accommodating shorter terms like 'AI'.
- Early Access and General Access fields allow Create User on the Fly- New users can now be created on the fly using their email address from the Early Access and General Access fields in Pipeline Setup.
