General Platform Fixes and Enhancements
- Fixed Activity-Based Email Toggle Issue- We resolved an issue where the Enable All and Disable All buttons for activity-based emails in Pipeline Setup were not functioning properly, affecting some systems.
- Fixed Duplicate Account Creation in User Import- We resolved a bug that caused duplicate member accounts to be created during user import via the Admin People section, affecting some systems.
- Custom Hero Images for Sub-Pages- We introduced the ability to set custom hero images Hackathon Event Site and DIB Team Site sub-pages for greater customization.
- Enhanced My Action Items Sorting and Filtering- We added the column filtering for action items on the My Action Items page. This allows for filtering by Step, due date, etc.
- Enhanced Preview of Idea Submission- We improved the submission preview to more accurately display how the final submission will look.
- Introduce Anonymous Team Submission- We now offer the option to hide the submitter and submission team from evaluators for individual steps
- Fix for Markdown Display in Insight Blocks- We corrected the issue where dashboard insight blocks showed markdown asterisks as literal text instead of formatted text for some systems.
- Separate Tagged and Subscription Notifications- We improved the notification system to differentiate alerts from being tagged versus those from subscriptions for better attention prioritization.
- Display Action Item Holders on Idea Page- We now display the names of action item holders and how long they have held those items on the idea page for simplified tracking and accountability.
- Email Address Pasting in User Fields- We now allow pasting email addresses into People fields in Step configuration and Pipeline setup areas; this allows for pasting in multiple comma-separated email addresses.
- Restrict Scorecard Points to Positive Integers- We now only allow positive integers for scorecard answer points, ensuring accurate score calculations.
Hackathon
- Fix for User Tagging in Dark Mode- We resolved an issue with the user tag dropdown in comments not displaying correctly in Dark Mode within the Hackathon feature for some systems.
- Fix Finalist Counts in Hackathon Dashboard- We corrected the issue where finalist counts were always displayed as zero and external hackathons inappropriately counted finalists as winners for some systems.
- Enhanced Hackathon Team Size Filter- We updated the Hackathon team size filter to allow browsing by teams of 1, providing clearer options for participants.
