Getting Started
- To get started, navigate to your Products screen and select the Recognize app.
- Select Set Up a Recognize Challenge
- Follow the steps and fill out the required information to complete the wizard.
Site Home Page
- Once you create your new Nominate App, you will be brought to your Nominate site home page.
- Here, you can update the site hero image, change your submission form, and more!
Pipeline Steps View
- After successfully creating your Nominate app, you will see that it comes with preconfigured stages and steps.
- To navigate there, select Admin --> Manage Pipeline

- The Nominate backend pipeline configuration consists of the following:

- As nominations are submitted, they will be placed in this first step.
- This step is preconfigured as a "Single Scale" tool type
- The configured assignees of this step will receive an action item and be able to review the "Nominee" to give the appropriate rating.
- Based on top voting results, a “short list” of top names can be advanced to the next step.
Panelist Review
- Review Shortlist
- In this step, the Sponsor reviews the top nominations in this short list.
- There is no tool type pre-configured to this step
- Pipeline administrators/moderators have the option to configure an additional tool type if they wish to do so.
Selected
- Select Honoree
- Based on the evaluation results, the Manager puts the nomination into this final step to reflect the final honoree.
- There is no tool type pre-configured to this step
